摘  要:运行在南方高温高湿环境中的预制舱式变电站易因温度、湿度控制不当而造成内部发生凝露现象,引发设备受潮故障。通过传统试验方法探究预制舱式变电站舱内温度、湿度分布成本高且可拓展性较低,套用小型箱体仿真建模方法则无法反映出舱内实际的复杂物理过程。针对上述问题,利用COMSOL仿真软件构建全尺寸气体绝缘变电站(gas insulated substation,GIS)舱体的多物理场耦合仿真模型,研究高温高湿环境下舱体内部的温度、湿度分布特点,并对比分析侧挂式与顶棚式空调布置方案的优劣。结果表明:预制舱式变电站舱体内部温度、湿度分布易受外部环境影响,外部温度、湿度对舱内环境产生影响的主要介质是舱体外壳及通风阀;当舱体处于高温高湿环境中时,顶棚式空调布置方案可将通风阀进气口附近空气域的温度控制在安全运行要求的35℃以下,相对湿度控制在75%以下。研究结果可为预制舱舱体在高温高湿环境下的建造设计方案提供工程建议。The prefabricated substation running in the high temperature and high humidity environment in south China is prone to come up with condensation in the operation process due to improper temperature and humidity control,which may lead to equipment moisture failure.It is costly and less scalable to explore the temperature and humidity distribution inside the cabin of prefabricated substation by using the traditional test methods,and can’t reflect the actual complex physical process inside the cabin by means of the simulation modeling method of small cabin.Therefore,this paper builds a multi-physics field coupled simulation model of full-size gas insulated substation(GIS)cabin based on COMSOL simulation software to study the temperature and humidity distribution characteristics of the cabin under high temperature and high humidity environment and compare the advantages and disadvantages of side-mounted and roof-mounted air conditioning arrangements.The results show that the temperature and humidity distribution inside the prefabricated substation compartment is easily influenced by the external environment,and the main medium is the compartment shell and the ventilation valve.When the compartment is in a high temperature and high humidity environment,the roof-mounted air conditioning arrangement is able to control the temperature of the air domain near the ventilation valve inlet within 35℃and the relative humidity within 75%as required for safe operation.The research results can provide engineering recommendations for the design of prefabricated module construction in high temperature and high humidity environment.
