摘  要:为了在低转速特别是零转速时给无刷同步电动机提供有效励磁电流,采用交流励磁系统替代直流励磁系统。相较于单相交流和两相交流励磁方案,三相交流励磁方案能提供的励磁机转子感应电势幅值最高,可以给同步电动机提供足够的励磁电流。无刷同步电动机调速需要控制同步电动机励磁电流,但不能直接测量同步电动机励磁电流。为了解决上述问题,设计一种基于三相交流调压器的无刷同步电动机励磁电流控制方法。推导了无刷同步电动机励磁电流的折算方法,分析了三相交流调压器带交流励磁机励磁绕组的工作状态、移相范围,提出基于线性移相的励磁电流闭环控制方法。利用MATLAB建立仿真模型,验证了基于三相交流调压器的无刷同步电动机励磁电流控制方法的正确性和可行性。最后,研制试验样机并进行相关实验,实验结果验证了上述励磁电流控制方法的实际效果。In order to provide effective excitation current to the brushless synchronous motor at low speed,especially at zero speed,AC excitation system is used instead of DC excitation system.Compared with single-phase AC and two-phase AC excitation system,three-phase AC excitation scheme can provide the highest amplitude of the induction potential of the exciter rotor,which can provide sufficient excitation current to the synchronous motor.Speed regulation of the brushless synchronous motor needs to control the excitation current,but the excitation current can not be measured directly.To solve the above problems,this paper designs an excitation current control method of brushless synchronous motor based on three-phase AC voltage regulator.It deduces the commutation method of the excitation current of brushless synchronous motor,analyzes the working state and phase shifting range of the three-phase AC voltage regulator with the excitation windings of the AC exciter,and puts forward the closed-loop control method of the excitation current based on linear phase shifting.The correctness and feasibility of the proposed excitation current control method are verified by using MATLAB simulation model.Finally,a prototype is developed and relevant experiments are carried out.The experimental results verify the actual effect of the proposed excitation current control method.
