摘 要:对于穿管敷设电缆,采用管内填充低热阻材料可以有效提升电缆的载流量,消除线路的瓶颈点,目前缺乏对这种敷设方式下电缆载流量影响因素的研究。为此建立基于磁热流多场耦合的有限元仿真模型,并通过实验验证模型的准确性,分析管道尺寸、填充材料的导热性、填充材料的填充比例等因素对穿管敷设电缆导体温度的影响规律。主要研究结果表明:管道尺寸决定了管内空气气隙厚度,进而影响电缆导体温度;不同填充比例的填充材料对电缆导体温度的影响规律不一样,当填充比例由0增大至0.25时,电缆导体温度下降最为明显,此后填充比例的增大对电缆导体温度的影响相对较小。实际工程中,在满足线路载流量要求的前提下,可以选择合适的管缆比和填充材料的填充比例以达到最高经济效益,这可为穿管敷设的电缆线路载流量的核算及规划提供参考。For pipe-laying cable,filling the pipes with low thermal resistance materials can effectively improve the cable ampacity and eliminate the bottleneck point of the line.At present,there is a lack of research on the influencing factors of cable ampacity in this laying mode.Therefore,a finite element simulation model based on magnetic-heat-flow multi-field coupling was established,and the accuracy of the model was verified by experiments.The influence law of pipe size,thermal conductivity of filling materials,filling proportion of filling materials and other factors on conductor temperature of the pipe-laying cable were analyzed.The research results show that the pipe size determines the air gap thickness in the pipe,and then affects the conductor temperature.The effect of filling materials with different filling proportions on the temperature of the cable conductor is different.When the filling proportion increases from 0 to 0.25,the temperature of the cable conductor decreases most obviously,and then the increase of the filling proportion has a relatively small effect on the temperature of the cable conductor.In practical engineering,on the premise of meeting the requirements of line load,the appropriate ratio of pipe to cable and filling material can be selected to achieve the highest economic benefits,which provides a reference for the calculation and planning of cable ampacity.
