摘  要:为了明确乙氧氟草醚对水生生物的毒性效应,以斑马鱼、大型溞和羊角月牙藻作为受试生物,采用静态试验法分别进行了3%乙氧氟草醚水乳剂的急性毒性试验,评价其毒性等级。结果显示,3%乙氧氟草醚水乳剂对斑马鱼、大型溞和羊角月牙藻的急性毒性剂量浓度分别为0.0726 mg/L(96 h,LC50)、0.0475 mg/L(48 h,LC50)和0.194/0.359 mg/L(72 h,ErC50/EyC50),毒性等级分别为剧毒、剧毒和高毒。乙氧氟草醚对所选三种水生生物都具有高毒或剧毒性,在稻-鱼生产体系中禁止使用;所选水生生物分别位于水生态系统中的不同营养级,在稻田使用时应控制施药漂移,避免在河、湖等区域冲洗器具或田水直接排入水体,避免对水生态系统造成破坏。In order to clarify the acute toxic effect of oxyfluorfen on aquatic organisms,Barchydanio rerio,Daphnia magna and Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata are used as test organisms on 3%oxyflurane water emulsion.The acute toxicity tests are carried out by static test method to evaluate their toxicity levels.The acute toxic dose concentrations of 3%oxyflurane water emulsion is 0.0726 mg/L(96 h-LC50)on Barchydanio rerio,0.0475 mg/L(48h-EC50)on Daphnia magna,and 0.194 mg/L(72 h-ErC50),0.359 mg/L(72 h-EyC50)on Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata.The acute toxicity grade are extremely toxic,extremely toxic and highly toxic,respectively.Oxyfluorfen is highly or extremely toxic to three aquatic organisms and should be banned in rice and fishery production system.At the same time,the three aquatic organisms are located at different nutrient levels in the aquatic ecosystem.When used in paddy fields,the pesticide drift should be controlled to avoid washing appliances in rivers,lakes and other areas or directly discharging the field water into the water body,so as to prevent the damage of the aquatic ecosystem.
