摘 要:通过正交实验优选白凤菜总黄酮提取工艺并验证工艺可行性。结果表明,各因素对白凤菜总黄酮提取量影响大小顺序为乙醇浓度>提取时间>提取次数>料液比;优选出的白凤菜总黄酮提取工艺为:乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶30(g∶mL),提取2次,每次1 h。在此最佳提取条件下白凤菜总黄酮平均提取量为23.7 mg/g,RSD为0.86%,说明该提取工艺稳定、可行。The extraction process of total flavonoids from Gynura formosana Kitam.is optimized by orthogonal experiment and the feasibility of the process is verified by orthogonal experiment.The experimental results showe the order of influence on the extraction amount of total flavonoids from Gynura formosana Kitam.as ethanol concentration>extraction time>extraction times>solid-liquid ratio.The optimized extraction process is as follows:60%ethanol,the ratio of solid(g)to liquid(mL)is 1 to 30,extraction for 2 times,each time for 1 hour.The average amount of total flavonoids in Gynura formosana Kitam.under these conditions is 23.7 mg/g,RSD is 0.86%.It shows that the extraction process is stable and feasible.
