肝气郁结型抑郁症的发生机制及加味四逆散的治疗作用研究进展

摘　　要：全世界约5%的人罹患情感障碍性疾病,负面情绪对健康和疾病的影响已成为当今社会关注的焦点。现代医学对情志活动的研究主要集中在情感活动障碍上,对正常状态下人体情志活动的相关调节机制研究尚有限。中医从肝论治及调护,在很大程度上弥补了现代疗法的不足。本文在中医理论“肝主疏泄”的基础上综述了肝气郁结型抑郁症的发生机制,讨论加味四逆散对肝气郁结型抑郁症的治疗作用,以期为情感障碍的治疗及预防提供更好的手段及方法。About 5%of people in the world suffer from affective disorders.The impact of negative emotions on health and disease has become the focus of attention in today's society.Modern medical researches on emotional activities are mainly focused on emotional activity disorders,and there is limited research on the related regulatory mechanisms of human emotional activities under normal conditions.Traditional Chinese medicine treats and regulates the liver,which makes up for the shortcomings of modern therapies to a large extent.The mechanism of liver qi stagnation depression based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is studied in this project“,the liver governs dispersal and conveyance”,and the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Sini Powder on liver qi stagnation depression is observed,in order to provide better means and methods for the treatment and prevention of affective disorders.
