摘 要:目的将虚拟现实技术用于恶劣海况状态下舰艇内严重骨折急救操作教学,评价该技术在骨科海战伤急救培训中的效果。方法选取海军军医大学第二附属医院24名海军医师为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为2组,每组12人。实验组采用虚拟现实仿真教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。教学结束后给予2周复习时间,通过调查问卷、理论考试和战创伤模拟人实践演练考核对比2组学员对骨科海战伤知识点的理解和急救能力、满意度、学习兴趣、学习感受。结果实验组理论考试成绩[(82.23±4.31)分]高于对照组[(76.96±6.24)分],差异有统计学意义(t=4.59,P=0.003)。实验组实践操作考核成绩[(87.12±4.61)分]高于对照组[(81.89±3.95)分],差异有统计学意义(t=6.32,P=0.024)。问卷调查结果表明,对课程教学模式满意度≥35分的实验组学员占比83.3%(10/12),对照组学员占比58.3%(7/12),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.97,P=0.031)。结论虚拟现实技术能够帮助学员有效地掌握海战伤严重骨折急救的知识点、操作要点和关键救治技术,有利于提高整体训练效果和教学满意度。Objective To apply virtual reality to the manipulation training of the ability of emergency treatment of severe frac-tures aboard naval vessels at rough sea conditions,and also to evaluate the training efficiency of virtual reality in emergency treatment of orthopedic casualties during sea battle.Methods Twenty four naval surgeons from Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University were recruited as research subjects and were randomly divided into 2 groups,each consisting of 12.The experimental group used the virtual reality simulation teaching mode,while the control group applied the traditional teaching mode.At the end of the teaching,the trainees had 2 weeks to review what they had learn.The trainees’understanding of orthopedic knowledge,emergen-cy treatment ability,satisfaction rate,learning enthusiasm and learning experience were compared between the two groups,through the access of questionnaire,theory tests and practical exercise by using war trauma dummy.Results The theory test scores of the ex-perimental group were[(82.23±4.31)points],which was higher than that of the control group[(76.96±6.24)points],and statisti-cal significance could be seen when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(t=4.59,P=0.003).The scores of practical manip-ulation tests in the experimental group[(87.12±4.61)points]were higher than those in the control group[(81.89±3.95)points],also with statistical significance(t=6.32,P=0.024).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the percentage of the trainees for the rate of satisfaction with teaching mode(≥35)in the experimental group accounted for 83.3%(10/12),while that of the control group accounted for 58.3%(7/12),also with statistical significance(χ^(2)=3.97,P=0.031).Conclusions Virtual reality could help trainees to effectively master the knowledge,manipulation skills and key first-aid techniques in treatment of severe fracture.More im-portantly,it could facilitate to improve overall training efficiency and the rate of satisfaction with teaching.
