摘 要:目的探讨臀肌挛缩综合症(gluteal muscle contructure,GMC)对患者运动能力的影响,有助于在运动中有效识别此类患者并及时采取针对性治疗。方法选取某部队高校于2020年11月至2021年5月训练中筛查出的9例GMC患者作为研究对象,这9例患者因异常体态无法提升中长跑成绩,并且功能评估不合格而发现患有GMC。经前期耐力训练和手术治疗后,观察患者手术前后异常姿态(站姿、蹲姿、行走姿态)和运动能力的变化(3 km跑时间、配速、步频、步幅)。结果9例患者均表现为并腿下蹲困难、行走异常呈典型GMC体征。9例患者3 km跑阶段1:术前初始成绩总用时长为(16.07±0.69)min,阶段2:术前训练后为(15.86±1.39)min,阶段3:术后6个月为(13.35±0.58)min,3个阶段总时长逐渐减少,差异具有统计学意义(F=3.40,P<0.05)。平均配速阶段1:术前初始成绩(5.50±0.07)min,阶段2:术前训练后(5.50±0.29)min,阶段3:术后6个月(4.50±0.19)min,3个阶段的平均配速差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。每千米配速中第1个1 km、第2个1 km、第3个1 km分别在3个阶段中差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。步幅及步频散点图进一步对比提示,步幅与每分步频术后改善明显。结论GMC除了改变患者正常姿态外,还通过限制步幅水平影响其运动能力。手术结合特定训练是改善其运动能力的有效手段。Objective To investigate the impact of gluteal muscle contracture(GMC)syndrome on patients’exercise func-tion and help to effectively identify such patients in exercise and consequently give targeted treatment in time for such patients.Meth-ods 9 patients of a certain military college who were screened to have GMC in training from November 2020 to May 2021 were recruit-ed as study subjects.They could not improve the performance of middle and long distance race due to abnormal posture.Unqualified functional evaluation revealed that they had GMC.After endurance training and surgical treatment,changes in the abnormal postures(standing posture,squatting posture and walking posture)and motor ability(3km run time,pace,stride frequency and stride length)of the patients were observed closely.Results All the 9 patients showed that they had difficulty in squatting with both legs and abnor-mal walking,displaying typical signs of GMC.Training and treatment results for the 9 patients were as follows:in the first phase,the total time consumption of the initial scores was(16.07±0.69)min;in the second phase,the total time consumption after training and before surgery was(15.86±1.39)min;in the third phase,the total time consumption 6 months after surgery was(13.35±0.58)min.The total time consumption of the 3 phases gradually decreased,with statistical significance(F=3.40,P<0.05).With regard to pace in the first phase,the initial scores before surgery were(5.50±0.07)min;in the second phase,the scores obtained before sur-gery and after training were(5.50±0.29)min;in the third phase,the scores obtained 6 months after surgery were(4.50±0.19)min.There were statistical differences in the average pace of the 3 phases(P<0.05).There were statistical differences in the pace per km for the first,second and third kilometers(P<0.05).Further comparison of stride and stride frequency scattergram showed that the stride and the stride frequency per minute improved significantly after surgery.Conclusions GMC could not only improve normal p
