摘  要:为提高猪舍内静电除尘器(EP)的细颗粒污染物的捕集效率,采用k-ε湍流模型、电晕模型(CM)、颗粒追踪模型(PTM),研究细颗粒在EP内的输运行为,分析猪舍线板型EP内电场、流场和细颗粒运动的特性。计算结果表明,电势、流场和捕集效率η的预测值与试验数据符合良好;在线板型EP内,电势和电荷密度以电晕线为中心呈对称分布;0.01~10μm粒径内,η随粒径d_(p)的增大,先减小,再保持不变,再增大,直至恒定不变。试验与计算结果表明,PM_(2.5)颗粒的η随流速u减小而增大,随电晕线电压V增大而增大;当u=1 m/s,V=50 kV时,η(d_(p)=2.0μm)可达100%。该细颗粒输运模型能有效预测细颗粒运动和捕集行为,为猪舍静电除尘器的优化设计提供科学方法。With the large-scale intensive pig breeding industry,the demand for the removal of fine particulate pollutants(PM_(2.5))in piggery based on electrostatic precipitation technology brought a great challenge to improve the air quality of piggery.For improving the collection efficiencyηof a wire-plate electrostatic precipitator(EP)in the piggery,open source software(MATLAB)&Finite element method(FEM)was applied to calculate RNG k-εequations,corona model(CM)and particle tracking model(PTM),and to analyze electric field,flow field and particle trajectory in the wire-plate EP.Through deep insight into the particle transport behaviors in a wire-plate EP,the results showed that the predicted values of potential,flow field and capture efficiency were in good agreement with the experimental data.In the wire-plate EP,the potential and charge density were symmetrically distributed with the corona wires as the center.Moreover,ηwith the increase of particle diameter d_(p),it first decreased,then remained unchanged,and then increased until constant in the range of 0.01-10μm;Simultaneously,ηof PM_(2.5) increased with the decrease of flow velocity u and with the increase of corona wires voltage V.In addition,the experimental and calculation results showed thatη(d_(p)=2.0μm)was 100%at u=1 m/s,V=50 kV.Therefore,this numerical method and law of fine particle transport behavior provides a scientific control method for the construction of green and efficient removal technology of particulate pollutants in the piggery.
