摘　　要：民国戏曲同业组织对于民国的演剧市场有重要的意义。戏曲同业组织以团体的力量来维护戏曲界不同阶层的利益,解决戏曲界的内外纠纷。这对于稳定演剧市场、加强演职人员的团结、促进戏曲改良、维护剧团权益、提升艺人社会地位等有重要的作用。戏曲同业组织使戏曲界各阶层逐步适应了现代商业社会的规则,增强了戏曲界用行规法律保护自身权益的意识。The opera trade organization of the Republic of China is of great significance to the opera market in the Republic of China. The opera trade organization maintains the interests of the different classes with the strength of the group and solve the internal and external disputes in the opera circle. The trade organization of drama played an important role in stabilizing the market of drama,strengthening the unity of cast and crew,promoting the improvement of drama,safeguarding the rights and interests of drama troupe,and enhancing the social status of artists. The trade organization of opera gradually adapted all strata of the opera circle to the rules of the modern commercial society and strengthened the consciousness of the opera circle to protect its rights and interests with the rules and laws.
