摘  要:以白马600 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉外置床因2类失效而出现的受热面泄漏现象为例,分析外置床失效机理,从而提出外置床优化措施,进一步提升外置床的运行可靠性,在大型循环流化床锅炉发展上发挥其更大作用。结果表明,大型循环流化床锅炉外置床管道受热面磨损失效,主要受金属热膨胀和管排振动影响。提出了外置床管排固定方式优化方案。In this paper,the leakage phenomenon of the heating surface caused by two failures of the external bed of Baima 600MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler is taken as an example to analyze the failure mechanism. Besides,relevant measures of optimization are put forward to further enhance the operating reliability of the external bed to play a greater role in the development of large circulating fluidized bed boilers. The results show that the wear failure of the heating surface of the pipe of the external boiler is mainly caused by the thermal expansion of the metal and the vibration of the pipe row.
