摘  要:目的 探究采集时间延长对全血制备悬浮红细胞质量的影响。方法 选取50袋采集时间>13 min(采集时间延长)并附有《采血环节待判定血液评价和处置记录表》的400 ml全血作为研究组,另选取50袋采集时间<10 min(采集时间正常)的400 ml全血作为对照组。两组均按照制备悬浮红细胞或去白细胞悬浮红细胞和血浆标准操作规程进行制备,研究组经过离心后,用全自动血液成分分离机制备。两组均留取样本,比较两组全血制备悬浮红细胞的样本质量[红细胞外观形态、红细胞比容(HCT)达标情况、血红蛋白(Hb)达标情况、储存期末溶血率达标情况]。结果 两组红细胞外观形态正常率、HCT达标率、Hb达标率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组储存期末溶血率达标率74.00%明显低于对照组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采集时间延长的全血制备的悬浮红细胞会加重储存期末溶血情况,影响悬浮红细胞的质量,因此全血采集的时间应该尽量控制在标准时间内。Objective To investigate the effect of prolonged collection time on the quality of suspended red blood cells prepared from whole blood. Methods 50 bags(400 ml) of whole blood with collection time>13 min(extended collection time) with "Record of Evaluation and Disposal of Blood to be Judged at the Blood Collection Session" form were selected as the research group. Another 50 bags(400 ml) of whole blood with collection time <10 min(normal collection time) was selected as the control group. Both groups were prepared according to the standard operating procedures for the preparation of suspended erythrocytes or de-leukocyte suspended erythrocytes and plasma, and the study group was prepared by centrifugation followed by a fully automated blood component separator. Samples were taken from both groups and the sample quality [red blood cell appearance,hematocrit(HCT) compliance, hemoglobin(Hb) compliance, and hemolysis compliance at the end of storage] of whole blood preparations of suspended red blood cells were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of normal appearance of red blood cells, HCT compliance rate, and Hb compliance rate between the two groups(P>0.05). The hemolysis rate at the end of the storage in the research group was 74.00%, which was significantly lower than 90.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Suspended red blood cells prepared from whole blood with prolonged collection time will aggravate hemolysis at the end of the storage and affect the quality of suspended red blood cells. Therefore, the whole blood collection time should be controlled within the standard time as much as possible.
