小檗碱对脓毒症作用机制的研究进展

摘　　要：小檗碱(BBR)是从中草药和水蛭的根茎中分离出来的生物活性碱,属于异喹啉生物碱,是中草药黄连主要成分之一,有许多公认的治疗功效,在中医中广泛用于治疗胃肠疾病和细菌感染已有数千年的历史,同时具有其他多种药理作用,包括抗炎、抗微生物、降血脂、抗糖尿病、抗癌活性、抗菌作用等。脓毒症是由于感染而导致全身炎症反应综合征,伴随着不同程度上全身器官损害。作为重症监护室临床上最常见的死亡疾病,许多科研工作都致力于天然治疗药物的研究,小檗碱已广泛用于临床,在脓毒症的治疗上具有明显改善作用。本文通过对小檗碱在脓毒症相关机制研究的总体概括、梳理、总结相关文献,结合目前临床上的应用实际情况,开展进一步的研究。Berberine(BBR),separated from the roots of Chinese herbal medicine and leeches,belongs to isoquinoline alkaloid.It is one of the main components of Coptis chinensis.BBR has many recognized therapeutic effects and has been widely used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat gastrointestinal diseases and bacterial infections for thousands of years.It also has many other pharmacological effects,including anti-inflammatory,anti-microbial,hypolipidemic,anti-diabetic,anti-cancer,antibacterial activities.Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome caused by infection,accompanied by varying degrees of systemic organ damage.It is one of the most common death-causing diseases in intensive care unit,and substantial research is conducted to develop natural therapeutic drugs for the disease.Berberine has been widely used in clinic and can significantly improve the treatment of sepsis.This paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant literature on related mechanism of berberine in the treatment of sepsis,and carries out further study in combination with the actual situation of clinical application.
