摘 要:压力性尿失禁是一种难治性、严重影响中老年妇女生活质量的常见病,其发病率呈逐年升高趋势。目前,女性压力性尿失禁的治疗方法众多,包括手术和非手术治疗,但均不能改变其潜在的病因,即不能恢复尿道括约肌的生理结构及功能,且长期疗效均不理想,并发症多。肌源性干细胞属于成体多能干细胞的一种,来源丰富,其不仅具备多种分化潜能,而且注射入宿主后可在后者体内长久存活,在诱导下即可分化成平滑肌且具有收缩性,是一种较为理想的组织工程材料,其发现和研究为治疗女性压力性尿失禁提供了广阔的应用前景。本文将对女性压力性尿失禁的治疗进展及肌源性干细胞在其中的研究予以综述。Stress urinary incontinence(SUI)is a common disease which is difficult to be treated,and seriously affects the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly women,and its incidence rate is increasing year by year.At present,there are numerous therapeutic options for female SUI,including surgical and non-surgical treatment,but none of them can change potential etiology of SUI.That is,they cannot restore the physiological structure and function of urethral sphincter,and all of them have unsatisfactory long-term outcomes and many complications.Muscle-derived stem cells(MDSCs)are the kind of adult pluripotent stem cells with rich sources,which not only have a variety of differentiation potential,but also can survive in the latter for a long time after injection into the host,and can differentiate into smooth muscle with contractility under induction,serving as an ideal tissue engineering material.The study of MDSCs provides a broad application prospect for the treatment of female SUI.This paper reviews the treatment progress of female SUI and the research of MDSCs.
