冷敷面膜在激光治疗后疼痛护理中的作用

摘　　要：目的 探索冷敷面膜在激光治疗后疼痛护理中的作用。方法 2018年5月到2019年5月进行面部激光治疗的40例患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各20例。对照组给予常规的面部激光治疗后护理,实验组在对照组的基础之上采用冷敷面膜进行护理。比较两组患者的临床疗效、视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分以及VISIA检测结果。结果 实验组护理后临床疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组术后即刻、术后30 min、术后4 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,实验组护理后VISIA指数均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 激光治疗后应用冷敷面膜护理可有效减轻疼痛、灼热感、红肿等症状,提高患者治疗满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of cold compress mask on pain care after laser treatment. Methods A total of 40 patients who underwent facial laser treatment from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into a control group and an experimental group strictly according to the method of random stratified sampling, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine facial laser care after treatment, and the experimental group was given cold compress mask on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, visual analog pain(VAS) score and VISIA test results were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group after nursing was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). The VAS scores of the experimental group immediately after operation, 30 minutes after operation, and 4 hours after operation were lower than those of the control group, and the VISIA index of the experimental group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Postoperative nursing of cold compress mask can effectively relieve the symptoms of pain, burning, redness and swelling after laser treatment, and improve patients’ satisfaction with treatment.
