左洛复盐酸舍曲林片联合佐匹克隆治疗失眠症患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析左洛复盐酸舍曲林片联合佐匹克隆治疗失眠症患者的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月梅州市复退军人医院收治的失眠症患者60例作为观察对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组予以佐匹克隆治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以左洛复盐酸舍曲林片治疗,观察两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑情绪量表(HAMA)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数表(PSQI)评分与生活质量调查表(SF-36)评分。结果:治疗后,观察组的HAMD、HAMA评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PSQI指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SF-36各项指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在失眠症患者的临床治疗中,联合使用左洛复盐酸舍曲林片与佐匹克隆,能够改善患者的负面情绪,提升睡眠情况及生活质量。Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of zoloft sertraline hydrochloride tablets combined with zopiclone in treatment of patients with insomnia. Methods: Sixty insomnia patients admitted to Meizhou Retired Soldier′s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were included as the observation objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with zopiclone, and the observation group was treated with zoloft sertraline hydrochloride tablets on the basis of the control group. The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Quality of Life Questionnaire (SF-36) were observed in the two groups. Results: After treatment, the HAMD and HAMA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the PSQI index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). After treatment, the scores of SF-36 indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of patients with insomnia, the combined use of zoloft sertraline hydrochloride tablets and zopiclone can improve the patient′s negative mood, improve sleep conditions and quality of life.
