摘　　要：目的:分析丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合皮肤修护无菌敷料对成人面部湿疹患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月漳州市第二医院收治的面部湿疹患者100例作为观察对象,依据随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组使用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合皮肤修护无菌敷料,对比两组干预效果、临床症状、湿疹面积及严重程度指数(EASI)、皮肤病生活质量量表(DLQI)评分、不良反应率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组瘙痒、紧绷感、疼痛感、EASI评分、DLQI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合皮肤修护无菌敷料治疗可显著改善湿疹患者临床症状,降低患者EASI评分,改善DLQI评分,提高临床治疗效果。Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with skin repair sterile dressing on adult patients with facial eczema. Methods: A total of 100 patients with facial eczema treated in Zhangzhou Second Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream, and the observation group was treated with skin repair sterile dressing on the basis of control group. The intervention effects, clinical symptoms, Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI), Dermatology Life Quality Inventory (DLQI) scores and adverse reaction rates of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the itching, tightness, pain, EASI score and DLQI score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with skin repair sterile dressing can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with eczema, reduce the EASI score, improve the DLQI score, and enhance the clinical treatment effect.
