养血清脑颗粒联合吡拉西坦片治疗脑卒中后头晕、头痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析养血清脑颗粒联合吡拉西坦片治疗脑卒中后头晕、头痛的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年5月茂名市电白区沙琅镇中心卫生院收治的脑卒中后头晕、头痛的患者100例为观察对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予吡拉西坦片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予养血清脑颗粒联合吡拉西坦片治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、血液流变学指标、疼痛评分、头晕及头痛消失用时、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血小板聚集率、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原较治疗前降低,观察组治疗后水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者疼痛程度较治疗前降低,观察组治疗后低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组头晕、头痛消失时间短于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养血清脑颗粒联合吡拉西坦片治疗脑卒中后头晕、头痛的效果较好,有助于降低血液流变学指标水平和疼痛程度,缩短头晕消失和头痛消失时间,减少不良反应发生率。Objective: To analyze the clinical value of Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with Piracetam Tablets in treatment of dizziness and headache after stroke. Methods: A total of 100 patients with dizziness and headache after stroke in Shalang Town Central Health Center of Dianbai District of Maoming City from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the observation subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Piracetam Tablets, and the observation group was treated with Piracetam Tablets combined with Yangxue Qingnao Granules. The treatment effect, hemorheological indexes, pain score, time to disappearance of dizziness and headache, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the platelet aggregation rate, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);after treatment, the pain degree of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the disappearance time of dizziness and headache in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with Piracetam Tablets is effective in the treatment of dizziness and headache after stroke, which is helpful to reduce the level of hemorheological indexes and the degree of pain, s
