摘 要:为满足某体育场屋盖采用马鞍面单层索网结构的需求,提出轮辐式单层索网结构和无内环单层索网结构两种方案。基于方案的外形、构件和节点设计信息,比较两种方案下的拉索、索端锚具和大型索夹节点用量等经济指标。利用有限元分析软件Midas/Gen建立模型,分析两种方案在静力荷载作用下的位移和索力,对比两种方案的结构整体刚度、索力大小和索力分布均匀性。利用有限元分析软件Ansys/Ls-dyna建立模型,采用拆除构件法分析两种方案断索后的动力响应,研究两种方案抗连续倒塌性能。结果表明:无内环方案的拉索、索端锚具、大型索夹节点用量均显著少于轮辐式方案的,经济性更好;无内环方案的刚度较大,整体性好,索力较小且索力分布更均匀;无内环方案断索后仍保持形状稳定且索力损失不明显,抗连续倒塌性能更好。In response to the need for a single-layer hyperbolic cable net structure for a stadium, the wheel-spoke scheme and the loop-free scheme were proposed. Based on the shape, design of components and connections, economic indicators including the consumption amounts of cables, cable end anchors, and large-scale cable clamps were compared. Based on FEA software Midas/Gen, the displacement and cable force under static load were analyzed, and the structural stiffness, cable force and cable force distribution uniformity of both schemes were discussed. Using FEA software Ansys/Ls-dyna, the component removal method was adopt to analyze the dynamic response after the cable rupture, and progressive collapse resistance of both schemes were discussed. The results show that the loop-free scheme has advantages in economy, with the consumption amounts of cables, cable end anchors and large-scale cable clamps significantly less than those of the wheel-spoke scheme. The loop-free scheme has better rigidity, good integrity, smaller cable force and more uniform cable force distribution. The loop-free scheme still maintains the stable shape after the cable rupture, with insignificant cable tension loss and better progressive collapse resistance.
