摘　　要：深刻理解《决议》关于“完善党领导经济工作体制机制”的要求,需要厘清以下三个依次递进的方面:党的领导、党的建设与党领导工作体制机制是辩证统一关系;完善党领导经济工作体制机制,要从党领导经济工作实际需要出发并且围绕经济发展进程及其目标进行;新时代完善党领导经济工作体制机制,就是完善党对现代化经济体系全面领导的体制机制。This paper explains that deeply understanding the requirements of the Resolution on “improving the institutions and mechanisms of economic work under the leadership of the Party”, it is necessary to clarify the following three progressive aspects. First, Party leadership, Party building and the institutions and mechanisms of the Party’s leading work are dialectical and unified. Second, improving the institutions and mechanisms of the Party’s leading economic work, we need to proceed from the actual needs of the Party’s leading economic work and focus on the process and objectives of economic development. Third, in the new era, improving the institutions and mechanisms of the Party’s leadership over the economic work is to improve the institutions and mechanisms of the Party’s overall leadership over the modern economic system.
