摘　　要：进入中国特色社会主义新时代,中国共产党在领导我国全面深化经济体制改革过程中确立了以供给侧结构性改革为主线,这是新时代我国深化经济体制改革整体框架和路线图中的主线。以供给侧结构性改革为主线,既是基于我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期的经济发展、各方面经济体制改革成就及留下的问题,也是基于新时代我国经济发展面临的全面深化经济体制改革需要,呈现出客观必然性。习近平总书记从原因、内涵、目的、内容、任务、方法、顶层设计、功能、成就和重大意义等十个方面全面阐述了在新时代我国如何实施以供给侧结构性改革为主线的改革方针,具有突出的理论创新。以供给侧结构性改革为主线的中国马克思主义政治经济学原理,作为习近平经济思想的重要组成部分,具有重要的理论价值、实践价值、政策价值和时代价值。Entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the Communist Party of China has established the supply-side structural reform as our main task in the process of leading China in further reform of economic system. This is the main task of the framework and road map for comprehensively deepen economic system reform in the new era. Taking supply-side structural reform as main task is not only based on China’s economic development in the period of reform and opening-up and socialist modernization, and the achievements and problems of economic system reform, but also based on the need for comprehensively deepening economic system reform faced by China’s economic development in the new era. It shows an objective necessity. Xi Jinping comprehensively expounds on how to implement the supply-side structural reform as the main task of the reform policy in the new era from ten aspects including reason, connotation, purpose, content, task, method, top-level design, function, achievements, and great significance, with outstanding theoretical innovation. As an important part of Xi Jinping’s economic thought, the principles of the Chinese Marxist political economics with the supply-side structural reform as the main task have important theoretical value, practical value, policy value, and era value.
