摘 要:由于空间布置便利、助力特性可调、环保节能及安全可靠性高等优点,电动助力转向(EPS)已成为目前乘用车领域的标准装备。随着汽车智能化、电动化发展趋势的不断深入,为满足汽车智能驾驶主动转向的要求以及在电动化过程中更高的节能要求,电动助力转向行业将迎来前所未有的进化与发展。在电动助力转向系统中,电机实现了电能到机械能的转换,是整个系统的核心零部件之一。本文通过分析乘用车EPS产品的应用场景,总结出EPS电机设计的关键控制要点,并通过实际案例介绍了EPS无刷直流电机的电磁方案正向设计过程,包括关键技术路线的选择、利用电机设计软件(ANSYS Motor CAD)进行磁路法参数寻优和2D有限元分析,并根据方案制作样件进行性能测试和对比。Due to the advantages of flexible packaging,tunable power assist characteristics,environmental protection,energy saving,high safety and reliability.The electric power steering(EPS)has been commonly equipped in the passenger vehicles.And with the trend of automobile intelligence and electrification,to meet the requirements of intelligent driving by wire and more energy saving,the evolution and prosperity of the electric power steering will be further promoted.In the entire electric power steering system,the energy form conversion from electrical energy to mechanical energy is carried out by the motor,which is one of the core components of the entire system.Through the analysis the application scenarios of EPS products for passenger cars,this article indicates the key control points of EPS motor design.And focus on introducing the top-down design process of the general EPS brushless DC motor electromagnetic scheme through a practical case.It mainly includes the selection of key technical routes,how to use ANSYS Motor CAD software for magnetic circuit method parameter optimization and 2D finite element analysis,testing and making date comparison based on the prototype samples.
