Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of postoperative pain of anal diseases. Methods A total of 100 patients with anal diseases treated in our department from October 2019 to June 2020 were divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. On the basis of the same treatment as the control group, the treatment group received biofeedback electrical stimulation. The pain score(NRS) and 24h pain duration were observed before and after treatment, and the levels of plasma adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH) and cortisol(COR) were compared 3 days after operation. Results The NRS score, pain evaluation results and 24-hour pain time in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01);The levels of ACTH and COR in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation has a good clinical effect on postoperative pain of anal diseases, and can significantly reduce postoperative stress response.
