摘 要:当前民宿发展,面临着专业人才数量贫瘠、从业者专业素养不足和人才培养体系零散等问题。基于此,文章结合民宿专业设置的必要性、专业设置现状与难点和专业设置瓶颈,提出跨区域就业模式、扩大就业口径、完善校政企协合作、建立民宿孵化器、实现双主体培养和提升行业认可度等改进策略,以期在传统景点景区旅游分流、完善农村全产业结构、实现人才回流与人才引进和引导外来资本与智慧助力乡村振兴等方面提供依据和支撑。With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rural areas have gradually become attractive to urban residents,and going back to the countryside has also become a new fashion.As a necessary link to support the returning population and help rural revitalization,homestay is held back in its development by the shortage of professionals,the incompetence of workers in the field and the unavailability of a talent training system.Based on these findings,considering the necessity,current situation and difficulties of homestay specialty setting and the bottleneck of specialty setting,this paper puts forward some strategies for improvement:establishing a cross-regional employment mode,expanding employment caliber,improving the cooperation between schools,governments and enterprises,creating homestay incubators,realizing dual subject training and improving industry recognition.Hopefully,it may contribute to diverting tourism in traditional scenic spots,improving the whole rural industrial structure,attracting native talents to return and talent introduction,and guide foreign capital and wisdom to help promote rural revitalization.
