国产特种纸机搬迁改造的工程设计

摘　　要：为整合资源、产业转型升级,国内某造纸公司将原有老旧纸机进行搬迁改造,以商品浆板及机械浆为原料,生产离型原纸、工业衬纸、挂面纸等特种纸。从设备布置、工艺流程,特别是水系统的优化等方面介绍特种纸机搬迁改造的工程设计,总结了工程设计过程中的优化措施以及注意事项。For the integration of resources,industrial transformation and upgrading,relocation and transformation of an old paper machine is carried out by a paper mill in China.With commercial pulp board and mechanical pulp as raw materials,specialty paper such as release base paper,industrial linen,liner paper are produced.This paper introduces the engineering design from the aspects of equipment layout,process,especially the optimization of the water system.The optimization measures and matters needing attention in the process of engineering design are summarized.
