摘　　要：目的:检索与总结造血干细胞移植成年病人骨健康管理的最佳证据,为临床医护工作提供参考,提升造血干细胞移植成年病人的骨健康。方法:遵循“6S”证据模型,计算机检索the Cochrane Library、美国指南网、Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健数据库、PubMed、荷兰医学文摘数据库、苏格兰校际指南网络、英国国家临床医学研究所指南网、英国医学期刊(BMJ)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库(WanFang Database)、中国知网(CNKI)等数据库有关造血干细胞移植成年病人骨健康管理的高级别证据。检索时限均为建库至2022年1月。结果:最后共纳入10篇文献,包括指南5篇、专家共识4篇和系统评价1篇,从4个方面总结出21条最佳证据。结论:造血干细胞移植成年病人骨健康管理的最佳证据可为临床工作提供循证依据,以科学的方法管理造血干细胞移植成年病人的骨健康,有助于提高病人的生活质量。Objective:To retrieve and synthesize the best available evidence on management of bone diseases for adult patients underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT).Methods:Following the "6 S" evidence model, the literature on high level evidence on bone health management in adult patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation was retrieved from the websites and databases of the Cochrane Library, American guide network, Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI) evidence-based health care database, PubMed, Dutch Medical Abstracts Database, Scottish Intercollegiate Guide Network, British National Institute of Clinical Medicine Guide Network, BMJ,CBM,WanFang Database, CNKI and other databases.The retrieval time was from inception to January 2022.Results:A total of 10 articles were included, including 5 clinical practice guidelines, 4 evidence summary, and 1 systematic reviews.A total of 21 items of best evidence were summarized regarding 4 aspects.Conclusion:Bone staff should pay attention to management of bone health for adult patients underwent HSCT.Evidence should be chosen considering characteristics of the hospital and clinical environment.
