摘  要:为提高空调性能,满足产品节能要求,本文基于叶片仿生设计及叶轮交错角改良开展贯流风机的优化研究。首先,通过逆向工程方法提取了秋沙鸭翅膀40%翼展截面处的型线特征,结合产品的工艺要求设计了贯流风机仿生叶片;然后,采用三维数值计算模型对带有仿秋沙鸭翼型叶片的贯流风机内部流场进行了数值模拟,研究了具有不同叶轮交错角的仿秋沙鸭翼型叶轮对贯流风机气动性能的影响;最后,选取气动性能最优的叶轮交错角为5°的仿秋沙鸭翼型叶轮进行加工测试。研究结果表明:三维数值计算结果能够有效地揭示贯流风机内轴向流动特性,叶轮交错角对叶轮中盘附近流场影响显著;采用仿秋沙鸭翼型叶轮能够改善贯流风机叶轮进出口流动状态,增大叶轮偏心涡强度,提升叶轮做功效率。根据实验结果,与原型机相比,采用仿秋沙鸭翼型叶片的贯流风机在相同转速下风量基本不变。在送风工况条件下,功率最大降幅为3.3%;在制冷工况条件下,功率最大降幅为2.7%,噪声最大降幅为0.3 dB。To improve the performance of the air conditioner and meet the energy-saving needs,this paper studies the optimization of the cross flow fan based on the bionic design of blades and the improvement of the impeller stagger angle Firstly,the profile features at the 40%span of the merganser wing are extracted by the reverse engineering,and the bionic blade of the cross flow fan is designed according to the product process requirements.Then,a 3 D numerical calculation model is applied to numerically simulate the internal flow field of the cross flow fan with bionic blades inspired by the merganser wing.The effect on the aerodynamic performance of the cross flow fan with the bionic impellers which have different stagger angles is studied.Finally,the bionic impeller with a stagger angle of 5°,which has the best aerodynamic performance,is selected for the processing test.It is shown that the 3 D numerical calculation results can effectively reveal the axial flow characteristics in the cross flow fan,the impeller stagger angle has a significant influence on the flow field near the middle plates of the impeller,and that using the bionic impeller inspired by the merganser wing can improve the flow state of the airflow near the inlet and outlet of the impeller and increase the strength of the eccentric vortex and the power efficiency of the impeller.It can be seen from the experimental results that the proposed fan remains substantially the same in air volume at the same rotation speed and shows a maximum power reduction of 3.3%and 2.7%under the air supply and cooling conditions respectively and a maximum noise reduction of 0.3 dB compared with the prototype.
