摘 要:“十四五”时期是体育旅游产业发展的窗口期,体育旅游产业的全面发展,对延展产品体系、拓宽消费空间、促进全民健康与全民健身、引领行业发展具有战略指向作用。从我国“十四五”时期体育旅游人才发展需求可知,人力资源已成为体育旅游快速发展的新引擎。当前体育旅游人才存在结构失调、量质导致供需矛盾以及来源路径窄化等困境。实现体育旅游高质量可持续发展的策略在于:明确人才培养目标,通过构建人才规划、开发人才预测、健全人才流动、建立人才开发以及完善人才激励体系,从而不断完善体育旅游人才体系,推动体育旅游产业高质量可持续性发展。The 14th Five-year Plan Period is the window period for the development of sports tourism industry. As a new business form derived from the comprehensive integration of sports and tourism,promoting the all-round development of sports tourism has strategic direction for extending the product system,expanding the consumption space,promoting the health and fitness of the whole people and leading the development of the industry. From the perspective of human resource management,it can be seen that human resource,as a new engine for the rapid development of sports tourism,is confronted with difficulties such as structural maladjustment,supply-demand contradiction caused by quantity and quality,and narrow source path. The strategy to realize the high-quality sustainable development of sports tourism lies in the clear goal of talent training,through the construction of talent planning,talent development forecast,perfect talent flow,establish talent development and perfect talent incentive system,so as to constantly improve the sports tourism talent system,promote the highquality sustainable development of sports tourism.
