摘 要:当前我国正在进行高等职业教育的深度改革,持续推进“双高”建设。在专业建设评价方面,存在着评价标准不统一,评价标准可操作性不强、不具体等情况。《悉尼协议》的“以学生为中心”“以结果为导向”“持续改进”等核心理念,对我国“双高”建设等职业教育方面的改革实践有积极的借鉴意义。本项目组对高职院校专业评价机制进行了研究,结合《悉尼协议》的核心理念,提出了由三方面评价指标构成的高职院校专业评价机制。At present,China is carrying out in-depth reform of higher vocational education,continue to promote“Double Height”Construction. In terms of professional construction evaluation,there are some situations,such as inconsistent evaluation standards,weak operability and concreteness of evaluation standards. The core concepts of “student-centered”“result oriented”and“continuous improvement”in the Sydney Accord have positive reference significance for China’s reform practice in vocational education such as “double high”construction. The project team has conducted research on the professional evaluation mechanism of higher vocational colleges. Combined with the core concept of the Sydney Accord,it puts forward a professional evaluation mechanism of Higher Vocational Colleges composed of three evaluation indicators.
