摘　　要：高职院校扩招立足服务区域经济,培养技术技能人才。针对扩招毕业生就业亟待解决的问题,校企应共同探究区域经济转型背景下扩招专项学生就业发展路径:建立就业拓岗机制,拓宽就业渠道;结合岗位需求,实施“岗位技能提升计划”;依托“校企组合”,搭建促进扩招学生就业新平台;培养科学“择业观”,强化就业育人实效。通过构建就业新路径,增强扩招学生的就业竞争力。The expansion of higher vocational colleges is based on serving the regional economy and cultivating technical talents. In view of the problems to be solved in the employment of college graduates,schools and enterprises jointly explore the development path of the employment of special students under the background of regional economic transformation: Establish the mechanism of expanding employment and expand employment channels;Implement the“post skill improvement plan”in combination with the post requirements;Relying on the “combination of schools and enterprises”,build a new platform to promote the employment of expanded students;We should foster a scientific “outlook on employment”and strengthen the effectiveness of employment and education. Strengthen the employment competitiveness of expanded students by building a new employment path.
