摘　　要：目的:探讨垂体降调节激素替代治疗的内膜准备方案对慢性子宫内膜炎患者冻胚移植周期妊娠结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析141例行冻胚移植周期的慢性子宫内膜炎患者,总结垂体降调节激素替代治疗的内膜准备方案结局。结果:垂体降调节激素替代治疗在慢性子宫内膜炎患者冻胚移植周期的临床妊娠率为44.68%,活产率为34.75%。<35岁组的胚胎着床率高于≥35岁组(40.88%vs 28.57%,P<0.05),无妊娠丢失史组的胚胎着床率高于有妊娠丢失史组(38.98%vs 20.00%,P<0.05)。结论:垂体降调节激素替代治疗的内膜准备方案可能改善慢性子宫内膜炎患者的妊娠结局,尤其是年龄<35岁和无妊娠丢失史的人群。Objective:To investigate the pregnancy outcomes of frozen embryo transfer cycles with pituitary downregulation in chronic endometritis patients.Methods:141 patients with chronic endometritis were enrolled in this retrospective studywho received frozen embryo transfer cycles. The pregnancy outcomes were analyzed in the endometrial preparation protocol with pituitary downregulation.Results:The clinical pregnancy rate was 44.68% and thelive birth rate was 34.75% using hormone replacement therapy with pituitary downregulation in patients with chronic endometritis. The embryo implantation rate in the group <35 years was higher than that in the group≥ 35 years(40.88% vs 28.57%,P<0.05). The embryo implantation rate in the group without a history of pregnancy loss was higher than that in the group with a history of pregnancy loss(38.98% vs 20.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The endometrial preparation protocol of hormone replacement therapy with pituitary downregulation may improve pregnancy outcomes in chronic endometritis patients,especially in the population ofyounger than 35 years and/or without a history of pregnancy loss.
