摘　　要：为了简化医护人员的随访工作,提高肿瘤患者的满意度,现设计一款功能完善、实用性强的医院肿瘤患者随访信息系统。首先,在完成系统架构设计和系统数据库设计的基础上,从用户登录模块设计、肿瘤专病随访数据模型设计、统计功能设计、电子病历储存与数据导出功能设计等方面入手,完成系统功能模块设计。其次,以实例的方式验证了该系统的有效性和稳定性。结果表明,该系统可以确保医患利用手机就能与医护人员进行交流,有效减轻了医护人员的随访工作量,有效提高了患者的满意度和诊疗效果。In order to simplify the follow-up work of medical staff and improve the satisfaction of cancer patients,a hospital cancer patient follow-up information system with perfect functions and strong practicability is designed.Firstly,on the basis of the system architecture design and system database design,the system function module design is completed from the aspects of user login module design,tumor specific follow-up data model design,statistical function design,electronic medical record storage and data export function design.Secondly,the effectiveness and stability of the system are verified by an example.The results show that the system can ensure that doctors and patients can communicate with medical staff using mobile phones,effectively reduce the follow-up workload of medical staff,and effectively improve patient satisfaction and diagnosis and treatment effect.
