摘　　要：本文建立科研信息管理系统有助于提升科研管理水平,其主要内容和功能包括组部门管理、人员管理、项目管理、成果管理以及年度档案管理等方面。基于MySQL对科研信息管理系统数据库进行了分析设计,包括系统需求、系统功能模块、实体-联系(Entity Relationship,E-R)图设计、数据表结构等,为系统研究开发打下基础。与传统管理模式相比,科研信息管理系统建设提高了科研管理人员的工作效率,使科研管理工作更加有序高效,为深化科研精细化管理提供了相应的数据支撑。This paper establishes a research information management system to help improve research management,whose main contents and functions include group department management,personnel management,project management,result management,and annual file management.Based on MySQL,the database of research information management system is analyzed and designed,including system requirements,system functional modules,Entity Relationship(E-R) diagram design,data table structure,etc.,to lay the foundation for system research and development.Compared with the traditional management mode,the construction of the research information management system has improved the efficiency of research managers,made the research management more orderly and efficient,and provided corresponding data support for deepening the refined management of research.
