摘　　要：长三角一体化作为区域协调发展的典范,其社会治理成效不仅关乎长三角区域的整体发展,而且紧扣国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化。新时代枫桥经验作为我国化解基层矛盾、运用于社会治理成功实践的智慧结晶,对实现长三角社会治理法治化具有重要的借鉴意义。当前,长三角社会治理还存在法治建设不健全、社会治理资源缺乏有效整合以及网络问题凸显使得社会治理难度加大等方面的现实困境。在枫桥经验所蕴含的珍贵精神品质的指引下,应坚持以法治思维强化治理体系建设、以基层为导向加强市域社会治理,以数据为支撑实现智慧化治理,为区域社会治理提供宝贵经验,为国家治理体系现代化献智助力。As a model of regional coordinated development, the effectiveness of social governance in the Yangtze River Delta is not only related to the overall development of the Yangtze River Delta, but also closely related to the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity. As the wisdom crystallization of resolving grass-roots contradictions and applying it to the successful practice of social governance in China, the experience of Fengqiao in the new era has important reference significance for realizing the legalization of social governance in the Yangtze River Delta. By exploring the origin and development of Fengqiao Experience in China, this paper seeks the coincidence point of Fengqiao Experience in the legalization of social governance in the Yangtze River Delta. At present, there are still some practical difficulties in the social governance of the Yangtze River Delta, such as the imperfect construction of the rule of law, the lack of effective integration of social governance resources and the prominent network problems, which make the social governance more difficult. Under the guidance of the precious spiritual quality contained in Fengqiao Experience, we should adhere to the thinking of rule of law to strengthen the construction of governance system, strengthen municipal social governance under the guidance of grass-roots level, realize intelligent governance with data as support, provide valuable experience for regional social governance and contribute wisdom to the modernization of national governance system.
