摘  要:杭州市新建地铁7号线建耕风井站—建设三路站区间在运营地铁2号线车站下方出洞接收,洞门内底埋深27.98 m,拟加固土体中存在先期基坑抢险应急注浆遗留的水泥硬块。为此提出了对超深扰动土体进行加固的水平MJS工法,并总结了在超深扰动土体加固中制约水平MJS工法施工工效的技术问题。水平MJS工法可同时解决特殊工况下存在的洞门侧面水平作业空间受限、前端喷浆盲区以及超深引孔喷涌的施工难点。The section from Jiangeng Fengjing Station to Jianshe Road Ⅲ Station of the newly built Hangzhou Metro Line 7 is at the portal below the station of Metro Line 2 under operation. The inner bottom of the portal is buried 27.98 m deep. There are the hard cement blocks left by the emergency grouting during the early rescue of the foundation pit in the soil to be reinforced. Therefore, the horizontal MJS method to reinforce the ultra-deep disturbed soil is proposed. The technical problems to restrict the construction efficiency of the horizontal MJS method in the reinforcement of ultra-deep disturbed soil are summarized. The horizontal MJS method can also solve the construction difficulties of the limited horizontal constructing space on the side of the portal, the treatment of the front-end shotcrete blind area and the ultra-deep lead hole gushing resistance under the special conditions.
