混凝土路面行车荷载疲劳应力影响因素的研究

摘  要:我国目前路面设计采用的力学经验法,在设计基准期内满足承载能力、耐久性、舒适性、安全性的要求。通过对现行《公路水泥混凝土路面设计规范》(JTG D20—2011)的理解,结合工程经验,研究设计轴载、板底地基当量回弹模量、基层类型及厚度、面层混凝土弯拉强度等设计参数对路面结构的影响,结果表明:合理设计轴载对荷载应力影响较大;设置粒料层可有效提高地基回弹模量;半刚性基层不宜过厚,刚性基层需与面层协同设计,使二者受力最佳;提高面层材料弯拉强度,能承担较高荷载应力。本研究结论为路面设计提供合理建议,供设计参考。The mechanics empirical method currently used in road design in China meets the requirements of load-bearing capacity,durability,comfort and safety in the design datum period.By understanding of the current Code for Design of Highway Cement Concrete Pavement(JTG D20-2011),combined with the engineering experience,the design axle load,the equivalent elastic modulus of slab foundation,the type and thickness of base course,the flexural tensile strength of surface concrete and the other design parameters affecting the pavement structure are studied.The result shows that the effect of the rational design axle load on the load stress is large.The setup of granular layer can effectively increase the elastic modulus of the foundation.The semi-rigid base should not be too thick.And the rigid base should be coordinated with the surface layer to make both the best stress.The improvement of the flexural-tensile strength of the surface material can bear the high load stress.The conclusions of this study provide the reasonable suggestions and reference for pavement design.
