制度适应对进城务工青年社会融入的影响机制

摘　　要：使用2020年长三角地区调查数据,运用logistic回归模型分析了制度适应对进城务工青年社会融入的具体作用路径。结果发现:养老保险和住房公积金仅对进城务工青年社会融入具有直接显著影响,而居住证对进城务工青年社会融入具有直接和间接的双重影响,凸显了制度适应影响的类型异质性。制度适应对进城务工青年城市偏爱、习俗获得、心理认同等不同维度社会融入的影响效应存在着差异,凸显了制度适应影响的维度层次性。而且,制度适应对进城务工青年社会融入的影响效应沿着85后、90后、95后、00后的世代结构演变而呈现不断增加的态势,凸显了制度适应影响的世代递增性。认为应需要根据制度适应的具体机制,采取相关措施以有效促进进城务工青年社会融入。Based on the survey data of the Yangtze River Delta in 2020, this paper uses logistic regression model to analyze the specific path of institutional adaptation to the social integration of migrant youth. It is found that endowment insurance and housing provident fund only have a direct and significant impact on the social integration of migrant youth;The residence permit has a direct and indirect dual impact on the social integration of migrant youth, highlighting the type heterogeneity of the impact of institutional adaptation. However, there are differences in the impact of institutional adaptation on different dimensions of social integration, such as urban preference, custom acquisition, psychological identity, highlighting the dimensional hierarchy of the impact of institutional adaptation. Moreover, the impact of institutional adaptation on the social integration of migrant youth is increasing along the evolution of the generation structure of post-85, post-90, post-95 and post-00, highlighting the generational increment of the impact of institutional adaptation. Therefore, it is necessary to take relevant measures according to the specific impact mechanism of institutional adaptation to promote the social integration of youth migrant worker.
