医院静脉用药集中调配中心清洁和消毒的探讨分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨清洁和消毒在静脉药物集中调配中心的应用。方法 本院2020年10月静脉配置中心的生物安全柜使用75%医用酒精消毒,抗生素仓使用三氯异氰尿酸消毒片消毒,营养仓使用点而康表面消毒液消毒。通过沉降菌培养和物表微生物培养,观察消毒结果是否达到无菌要求。结果 抗生素仓(抗生素室、抗生素操作台)和营养仓(营养室、营养操作台)空气培养结果均符合规定,达到无菌要求。营养仓和抗生素仓内物表微生物培养结果符合规定,达到无菌要求。结论 医院静脉配置中心的抗生素仓可使用三氯异氰尿酸消毒片消毒,营养仓可使用点而康表面消毒液消毒。Objective To explore the application of cleaning and disinfection in intravenous drug dispensing center.Methods In October 2020,the biological safety cabinet of the intravenous configuration center of our hospital was disinfected with 75% medical alcohol,the antibiotic warehouse was sterilized with trichloroisocyanuric acid disinfection tablets,and the nutrition warehouse is sterilized with Dianerkang surface disinfectant.Through sedimentation bacteria culture and surface microbial culture,observe whether the disinfection results meet the sterility requirements.Results The air culture results of the antibiotic warehouse(antibiotic room,antibiotic operation table) and nutrition warehouse(nutrient room,nutrition operation table) all meet the regulations and meet the sterility requirements.The microbial culture results of the surface of the nutrient warehouse and the antibiotic warehouse meet the requirements and meet the sterility requirements.Conclusion The antibiotic warehouse of the hospital’s intravenous distribution center can be disinfected with trichloroisocyanuric acid disinfection tablets,and the nutrition warehouse can be disinfected with Dianerkang surface disinfectant.
