泡沫硬化剂联合大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析泡沫硬化剂联合大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张的效果。方法 选取2018年2月至2019年7月本院收治的114例下肢静脉曲张张患者作为研究对象,按入院时间分为两组,各57例。将2018年2—10月收治的患者纳入单一组,将2018年11月至2019年7月收治的患者纳入联合组。单一组采用大隐静脉高位结扎抽除术治疗,联合组采用泡沫硬化剂联合大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗。比较两组治疗前后静脉临床表现评分(VCSS)、炎症因子水平及并发症发生率。结果 治疗前,两组VCSS评分、白细胞介素-10和白细胞介素-2水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,联合组VCSS评分、白细胞介素-10和白细胞介素-2水平均低于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组并发症发生率为5.26%,明显低于单一组的17.54%(P<0.05)。结论 泡沫硬化剂联合大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张,能快速降低患者体内炎症因子水平,缓解静脉曲张临床症状,且手术创伤小,安全性高,可促进患者恢复。Objective To analysis of the effect of foam sclerosing agent combined with high saphenous vein ligation in the treatment of varicose veins in lower extremities.Methods 114 patients with varicose veins in lower extremities treated in our hospital from February 2018 to July 2019were selected as observation subjects,they were divided into two groups according to different admission times,with 57 cases in each group.Patients admitted from February 2018 to October 2018 were selected as the single group,and patients admitted from November 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the combined group.The single group was treated with high ligation of great saphenous vein;the combined group was treated with foam sclerosing agent combined with high ligation of great saphenous vein.The venous clinical severity score(VCSS),inflammatory factor levels,and complication rates between the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in VCSS scores,interleukin-10 and interleukin-2 levels between the two groups.After treatment,VCSS score,interleukin-10 and interleukin-2 levels in the combined group were all lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the combined group was 5.26%,which was significantly lower than 17.54% of the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion Foam sclerosing agent combined with high ligation of great saphenous vein for the treatment of varicose veins in lower extremities can quickly reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients,relieve the clinical symptoms of varicose veins,and has less surgical trauma and high safety,which can promote the recovery of patients.
