贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗心力衰竭患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年2月至2020年2月本院收治的106例心衰患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组53例。对照组给予贝那普利治疗,研究组给予贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组临床疗效、心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)]。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为96.2%,高于对照组的79.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组HR、LVEF均低于对照组,MAP高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗心衰患者可增强治疗效果,有效减轻患者的临床症状,且安全性高,可明显改善心功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of benazepril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with heart failure.Methods 106 patients with heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril,and the study group was treated with benazepril combined with metoprolol.The clinical efficacy and cardiac function indicators(left ventricular ejection fraction [LVEF],heart rate [HR],mean arterial pressure [MAP]) were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.2%,which was higher than 79.3% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HR and LVEF in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the MAP was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Benazepril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with heart failure can enhance the therapeutic effect,effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and has high safety,can significantly improve cardiac function,and is worthy of clinical application.
