高通量血液透析治疗终末期肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探究高通量血液透析治疗终末期肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年5月至2019年6月本院血液透析中心收治的64例终末期肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组32例。对照组实施常规血液透析,观察组实施高通量血液透析,比较两组治疗前后血清钙、血清蛋白、肌酐、血清尿素水平及临床疗效。结果 治疗后,两组血清蛋白、肌酐、血清尿素水平均低于治疗前,血清钙水平高于治疗前,且观察组血清钙、血清蛋白、肌酐、血清尿素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.87%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高通量血液透析治疗终末期肾功能衰竭患者效果显著,可延缓患者肾脏衰竭进程,值得临床推广运用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of high flux hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with end-stage renal failure.Methods 64patients with end-stage renal failure who were admitted to the hemodialysis center of our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the lottery method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received conventional hemodialysis,and the observation group received high-flux hemodialysis,the levels of serum calcium,serum protein,creatinine,serum urea before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum protein,creatinine and serum urea in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and serum calcium levels were higher than those before treatment,the levels of serum calcium,serum protein,creatinine and serum urea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.87%,which was higher than 75.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High flux hemodialysis has significant effect in the treatment of patients with end-stage renal failure,which can delay the progression of renal failure in patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
