摘　　要：在介绍超大规模公有云分工明确、组织高效等特点及传统运维流程僵化、系统复杂等问题的基础上,分析移动云全网资源布局下运维协同不足、资源加速扩张下运维能力不足等问题,提出建立移动云云网融合一体化运维体系,阐述云网融合一体化运维体系的核心、协同机制、能力提升等关键方案和实现路径,并通过建立移动云协同运维体系、开展SRE转型实践,支撑移动云快速发展,提高移动云运维效率,降低移动云全网运维成本。On the basis of introducing the characteristics of the ultra-large scale public cloud,such as clear division of labor and efficient organization,as well as the problems such as rigid traditional operation and maintenance process and complex system,this paper analyzes the problems such as insufficient operation and maintenance coordination under the resource layout of the chinamobile ecloud and insufficient operation and maintenance capacity under the accelerated expansion of resources,and proposes to establish the cloud and network integrated operation and maintenance system of chinamobile ecloud,as well as the key schemes and implementation paths such as the core coordination mechanism and capacity improvement of the cloud and network integrated operation and maintenance system,And through the establishment of chinamobile ecloud collaborative operation and maintenance system,SRE transformation,we can support the rapid development of chinamobile ecloud,improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of chinamobile ecloud,and reduce the operation and maintenance cost of chinamobile ecloud.
