摘　　要：为了提升海洋观测数据传输的有效性、安全性、稳定性,提出设计模块化的海洋观测数据传输系统,详细阐述了由网络/硬件设备层、数据存储层、数据访问层、逻辑业务层、模块配置层、系统应用层6个层次组成的系统总体架构以及无级数据传输模式,实现其观测数据传输、观测数据管理、数据传输策略管理、数据库设计等功能,从而提升数据传输的效率,实现数据的统一传输、监控、管理。In order to improve the effectiveness,security and stability of ocean observation data transmission,this paper proposes a modular ocean observation data transmission system,which is composed of network hardware device layer,data storage layer,data access layer,logical business layer,and module configuration.The six layers of the system layer and the system application layer constitute the overall system architecture and data transmission system.Through the design and inspection of system functions such as observation data transmission,observation data management,data transmission strategy management,database design,etc.The transmission system can improve the efficiency of data transmission and realize the unified transmission,monitoring and management of data.
