“一带一路”背景下中国与东北亚国家合作趋势分析

摘　　要：2020年以来,新冠疫情的爆发和蔓延给全球带来全方位的冲击,经济下滑、失业率上升、商品贸易额下降、对外直接投资下降。中国在稳定疫情后与其他国家守望相助,积极复工复产,东北亚区域合作发展良好,经贸往来增加,中日韩合作继续发展,东北亚区域融入“一带一路”进程稳步推进。“一带一路”取得了高质量的发展,对外直接投资逆势增长、中欧班列稳定发展、朋友圈越来越大。这些成果充分说明,“一带一路”倡议符合经济发展趋势。“一带一路”建设为东北亚区域合作以及东北亚区域共同体的繁荣发展创造了有利条件。Since 2020,the outbreak and spread of COVID-19 epidemic has brought an allround impact to the world,including economic downturn,rising unemployment rate,declining commodity trade volume and foreign direct investment.After stabilizing the epidemic situation,China and other countries helped each other and actively resumed work and production.Regional cooperation in Northeast Asia has developed well,economic and trade exchanges have increased,China-Japan-ROK cooperation has continued to develop,and Northeast Asia’s integration into the Belt and Road Initiative has made steady progress.The Belt and Road Initiative has achieved high-quality development.Foreign direct investment has grown against the trend.China-Europe Railway Express has developed steadily.The circle of friends has grown.These achievements fully demonstrate that the Belt and Road Initiative is in line with the trend of economic development.The Construction of the Belt and Road Initiative has created favorable conditions for the development of regional cooperation in Northeast Asia and the prosperity and development of Northeast Asia regional community.
