摘  要:在现有的美国白蛾Hyphantria cunea防控技术中,以性信息素为载体的种群监测技术和以寄生性天敌白蛾周氏啮小蜂Chouioia cunea Yang为主要天敌的生物防治技术较为成熟;同时,适用于防控美国白蛾的病原微生物以及高效低毒的化学农药和植物源农药筛选也取得了一定的成效。美国白蛾综合防控在种群精准监测基础上,使用人工摘除网幕、施用HcNPV和Bt菌、以及植物源农药控制种群;对于个别暴发危害区,可以合理使用化学农药和植物源农药压低虫口密度。在美国白蛾种群精准监测、多种生物防治手段的相互配合、化学防治的精准施药,乃至分子层面的基因编辑技术等新型防治手段开发等方面则应进一步深入研究,以期形成更加精准、绿色、高效的综合防控技术。Among the existing control technologies of Hyphantria cunea,the population monitoring technology with sex pheromone and the biological control with parasitic natural enemy Chouioia cunea Yang are relatively mature.At the same time, the screening of pathogenic microorganisms, as well as chemical pesticides and botanical pesticides with high efficiency and low toxicity suitable for the control of H.cunea has also achieved some results.On the basis of accurate population monitoring, the integrated management of H.cunea can be taken with artificial removal of mesh screen, application of HcNPV,Bt and botanical insecticide to control the population.For outbreak hazard areas, chemical pesticides and botanical pesticides can be used reasonably to reduce the population density.Further research should be carried out in the aspects of accurate population monitoring, mutual cooperation of various biological control methods, accurate application of chemical control, and the development of new control methods such as gene editing at molecular level, so as to form a more accurate, green and efficient management technology.
