摘　　要：目的:分析子宫颈扩张球囊和欣普贝生运用于足月妊娠引产中的效果。方法:选取本院2019年3月至2020年3月接诊的足月妊娠产妇80例作为研究样本,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组产妇各40例。对照组产妇采取欣普贝生干预,观察组采用子宫颈扩张球囊干预,对两组产妇干预效果进行比较。结果:和对照组相比,观察组产妇各产程时间均明显较短,组间数据对比显示(P<0.05),说明数据差异具备统计学意义;观察组产妇不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组数据对比具备统计学差异。结论:子宫颈扩张球囊在足月妊娠引产中的效果明显优于欣普贝生,可有效缩短产妇的产程,不良反应较少,安全性较高,具备使用价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of cervical dilatation balloon and dinoprostone suppositories used in induction of labor in term pregnancy.Methods:A total of 80 full-term pregnant women who visited our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research samples,and they were randomly divided into two groups:control group and experimental group,with 40 women in each group.The control group was treated with dinoprostone suppositories intervention,and the experimental group was treated with cervical dilatation balloon intervention.The effects of the intervention of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the time of each parturition of the experimental group was significantly shorter.The comparison of the data between the groups showed(P<0.05),indicating that the data difference was statistically significant;the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the comparison of the data between the two groups showed statistical differences.Conclusion:The effect of cervical dilatation balloon in the induction of labor in full-term pregnancy is significantly better than that of dinoprostone suppositories.It can effectively shorten the labor of the parturient,with fewer adverse reactions,higher safety,and has the value of application.
