阴道镜下宫颈活检和宫颈LEEP术后病理检查对宫颈上皮内瘤变的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的:分析阴道镜下宫颈活检和宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)术后病理检查对宫颈上皮内瘤变的诊断意义。方法:选取80例人类乳头状瘤病毒或者宫颈液基细胞检查异常的患者进行研究,研究时限为2018年1月至2020年12月。所有患者均给予阴道镜下宫颈活检以及宫颈环形电切术(1oop electrosurgical excision procedure,LEEP)术后病理检查,对比两种检查方式的诊断符合率。结果:经分析,阴道镜活检的诊断符合率为95.00%,宫颈LEEP术后组织病理诊断结果符合率为92.50%,阴道镜下宫颈活检术与LEEP术后组织病理诊断结果相比不具有差异性(χ2=0.098,P=0.755)。结论:阴道镜下宫颈活检以及宫颈LEEP术后病理检查在诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变疾病中的准确性均较高,但是对于高级别上皮内瘤病变疾病可首选宫颈LEEP诊疗手段。Objective:To analyze the significance of colposcopic cervical biopsy and pathological examination after LEEP in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:80 patients with abnormal HPV or cervical liquid based cell examination were selected for the study,and the study period was from January 2018 to December 2020.All patients were given colposcopic cervical biopsy and postoperative pathological examination of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP).The diagnostic coincidence rate of the two methods was compared.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of colposcopy biopsy was 95.00%.The coincidence rate of histopathological diagnosis after LEEP was 92.50%.There was no significant difference between colposcopic cervical biopsy and LEEP(χ2=0.098,P=0.755).Conclusion:Colposcopic cervical biopsy and pathological examination after LEEP have high accuracy in the diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,but LEEP is the first choice for high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
