摘 要:现有的结构拓扑优化研究大都忽略混凝土开裂后的软化现象,以及腹筋对深梁结构抗剪受力性能的影响。以钢筋混凝土深梁结构腹筋设计为研究对象,利用APDL语言编写钢筋混凝土深梁腹筋的拓扑优化程序,通过舍弃每次优化中对结构平均应变能影响较小的腹筋单元,最终得到结构开裂后与混凝土斜拉杆共同承担剪力的关键腹筋,并通过软化拉压杆模型理论进行相应的腹筋配束设计。选取京雄高速花瓶式桥墩的盖梁缩尺试验模型进行腹筋拓扑优化及配束设计,优化后的配束设计在一定程度上能抑制裂缝发展,其开裂后相较缩尺模型原配束设计具有更大的结构刚度,使开裂后的结构在承受相同荷载时应变更小,提高结构的耐用性。Most of the existing structural topology optimization studies ignore the softening phenomenon after concrete cracking and the effect of web reinforcement on the shear-bearing performance of deep beam structures. The paper takes reinforced concrete deep beam structural web design as the research object, writes a topology optimization procedure for reinforced concrete deep beam web reinforcement using APDL language, and finally obtains the critical web reinforcement that shares the shear force with concrete diagonal ties after cracking by discarding the web units that have less influence on the average strain energy of the structure in each optimization. The corresponding web reinforcement design is based on the softening strut-and-tie model theory. The paper carries out the topology optimization of web reinforcement design based on the scaled-down model from the bent cap of the vase-type bridge pier applicated to the Beijing-Xiongan Expressway. The optimized beam design inhibits the development of cracks to a certain extent. It has greater structural stiffness after cracking than the original beam design. The cracked structure has less strain when subjected to the same load and improves the system’s durability.
