摘　　要：目的:探讨中药汤剂联合氨甲蝶呤治疗持续性异位妊娠的临床效果。方法:选择赣南医学院第一附属医院、赣州市立医院2018年1月至2021年1月妇科收治的腹腔镜手术后持续性异位妊娠患者46例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各23例。实验组:中药汤剂联合氨甲蝶呤进行治疗;对照组:患者只给予氨甲蝶呤进行治疗;两组患者均治疗1周。比较两组患者治疗后3 d、7 d、12 d血β-HCG下降情况及两组患者给药后的不良反应情况。结果:实验组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗3 d、7 d、12 d后血β-HCG下降率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:中药汤剂联合氨甲蝶呤治疗持续性异位妊娠疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine decoction combined with methotrexate in treating persistent ectopic pregnancy(PEP).Methods:From January,2018 to January,2021,46 cases with PEP were selected from The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University and Ganzhou Municipal Hospital.They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=23)and control group(n=23).The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction combined with methotrexate,while the control group was treated only with methotrexate.Both groups were treated for one week.The decrease of the serumβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)level and the overall treatment effect of the two groups were measured and compared 3 days,7 days and 12 days after the treatment.Meanwhile,the adverse drug reactions of each patient were recorded.Results:The treatment effect of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serumβ-HCG level(compared 3 days,7 days and 12 days after the treatment)of the experimental group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Chinese medicine decoction combined with methotrexate is effective in treating PEP.
