摘 要:风景道不仅实现了道路从单一的交通功能向复合功能的转变,也顺应了时代发展的迫切需求。风景道选线工作作为风景道规划的前提与基础,既往研究一般只针对现有路网进行分析评价,以此筛选出适宜改造升级为风景道的路线,缺乏对于现有道路体系不完善地区的考虑。此外,现有研究中的评价体系对于游客的视觉感受也缺乏合理的考量。因此,针对现状道路体系不发达的区域,以景观视觉质量评价的方法对游客视觉感受进行量化评估,将其与土地适宜性相结合构建综合评价体系,利用最小累计阻力模型的原理,辅助风景道选线规划。以新疆博尔塔拉蒙古自治州风景道规划为例,以期为未来中国风景道的规划提供技术支持,助推旅游经济的高质量发展。Scenic byway not only realizes the transformation of road from single traffic function to compound function,but also complies with the urgent needs of the development of the times.Route selection is the premise and basis of scenic byway planning.Previous studies generally only analyzed and evaluated the existing road network to screen out the suitable route for upgrading to scenic byway,without considering the areas with imperfect existing road system.In addition,the evaluation system in the existing research also lacked reasonable consideration for the visual perception of tourists.Therefore,aiming at the regions with underdeveloped road system,this paper quantifies the visual perception of tourists with the method of visual quality evaluation,and combines it with the land suitability to build a comprehensive evaluation system.Then the principle of minimum cumulative resistance model is used to assist the route selection and planning of scenic byway.This paper takes Xinjiang Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture Scenic Byway Planning as an example to provide technical support for the future planning of scenic byway in China,and boost the highquality development of tourism economy.
